Walking Tennis is a fun, low‑impact version of the sport designed to be accessible to everyone – no matter your age, fitness level, or experience. It keeps all the enjoyment, teamwork, and skill of traditional tennis, but with a few simple tweaks to make the game gentler and more inclusive.

In Walking Tennis, players move at a walking pace, the ball can bounce twice, and the court boundaries can be slightly adjusted. These changes make the game easier on the joints while still offering a great workout, plenty of laughs, and the chance to learn new skills or rediscover a love for the sport.
