Out Swimming Cancer

This is a FREE supportive weekly group session for anyone who has had cancer –

When: Wednesdays 1.30pm

Where: Cascades Leisure Centre, Thong Lane, Gravesend DA12 4LG

Meet and Greet in reception at 1.15pm

Swim time -1.30 – 2.30pm

A Swimming Teacher will be available during this session to encourage, reassure and help improve your swimming. The pool is solely dedicated to this session

You will need to sign up for a Free membership, Application forms can be found here, just bring the completed form in on your first session.

Enjoy a warm drink and chat post swim.

As an Active Member you can book and pay for other activities at a reduced rate – prices can be found on the customer copy of the application form.
