A free 12 week programme supporting females aged 24+ who are unemployed, through a hollistic approach with various sporting activities within the Thanet area. We will also be engaging with partners to support the person with life skills, qualifications from first aid, mental health and also the opportunity to gain a coaching quaification which can lead to work experience with us or other partners.
