Over 55s Pickleball

Easy to pick up and a great way to exercise, pickleball is fast becoming one of the most popular racket sports in the world. It’s a fun, low-impact, social sport. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a slightly modified tennis net, where players use paddles to hit a plastic ball between them.
