We caught up with Linda, who lives with severe COPD, at tmactive’s Active Health Prime Timers session at Larkfield Leisure Centre. Linda explains how the sessions are helping to improve her fitness and change her quality of life.

Linda said “With the help of staff and encouragement from other members, I’m now able to run up my stairs when I was struggling to walk. I’ve met lots of lovely people and they’ve all been supportive. My quality of life has changed a great deal.”

Thank you to tmactive and all the participants for allowing us to film the session.
