Mixed ability rugby at Medway RFC Cannons is an inclusive sport, welcoming able-bodied players alongside teammates with learning and/or physical disabilities to play adult rugby (18+). Mixed Ability Rugby is about playing rugby, socialising and giving an opportunity for people to challenge themselves.

Led by qualified coaches, you’ll be taught the fundamentals of rugby, in a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment. We play all forms of rugby, from full contact to non-contact touch rugby, so everyone can join in. The coaching team will build your skills on and off the pitch, slowly building from non-contact to contact rugby in an inclusive team environment.

Medway Rugby FC https://www.mrfc.net have one of the largest girls’ section in country and are holding an Open Day for girls on 19th May. The session is aimed at girls who have never experienced rugby before or to those who are thinking of returning to the sport. No experience is necessary.

MRFC have a record of developing great players and they currently have girls who are on the England Player Pathway and potential Red Roses players.
