Boxing for mental health is a FREE 8 week course starting this September.
Do you want to feel less stressed? Stronger and more empowered? Do you want to leave a fitness class feeling like you can take over the world? Then boxing might be your new thing. It is a fantastic sport that helps brain function, improving balance and co-ordination as well as being a cardio workout that can help you lose weight.
These sessions will take place in a boxing gym and all abilities of fitness are welcome.
Where: Pej Boxing Club, 17 Hatfield Road, Westbrook, Margate, CT9 5AT
Pads and Gloves are provided but you can bring your own ones if you have them. Please wear loose layered clothing and bring water with you.
