Come along and join in the fun, getting active with Your Leisure and GOGA at our fun and inclusive Movement to Music Class.

This fun Movement to Music Class can be done seated or standing. It is focused on helping anyone regardless of age, ability or disability become a stronger, fitter, more confident version of themselves. This class has been designed with inclusivity in mind and is focused on fun and moving rather than getting the moves right!
The GOGA in Action project has been funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to support, promote and improve physical and mental wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem while developing a variety of opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people to be active together.
