Staying active during COVID-19
We know that everyone is facing a challenging and uncertain situation at the moment. It is important that we all stick to the latest official guidance, but keeping active is more important now than ever. Being active in a way that is right for you can improve your physical health, help manage stress and anxiety and just generally make you feel better.
