Staying active during COVID-19

We know that everyone is facing a challenging and uncertain situation at the moment. It is important that we all stick to the latest official guidance, but keeping active is more important now than ever. Being active in a way that is right for you can improve your physical health, help manage stress and anxiety and just generally make you feel better.

If you leave your home to exercise then you should follow official guidance and maintain social distancing. More information about what is and isn’t allowed is available on the government’s website or through Sport England.
