FREE Outdoor Exercise Sessions (Tunbridge Wells)

Do you want to feel fitter, stronger, more flexible? Are you recovering from an injury, health issue or anxiety? Would you like to feel the benefits that outdoor exercise can have on your physical and mental health?

We are offering 10 weeks of free outdoor exercise sessions with a qualified Personal Trainer, who will tailor each session to help you meet your fitness and health goals. Each session will be up to 60 minutes and booking is essential. We recommend loose, layered clothing and wearing comfortable shoes. Please bring water to stay hydrated.

These sessions are intended for beginners.

Session Details:

Showfields outdoor gym – TN2 5PX

Monday’s at 6.00pm

Sherwood outdoor gym – TN2 3BL

Friday’s at 12.30pm

Calverley outdoor gym – TN1 1SJ

Friday’s at 6.00pm
